True Freedom Capital helps you invest in cash flowing real estate opportunities to give you passive income. We do this on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis. TFC is not a fund.

Here are the detailed logistics:
Step 1: Sign up
You’re subscribed to our Investor List. If you’re not, we cannot legally send you an investment opportunity (SEC Regulations). It’s free with no commitment. Sign up for our Investor Network
Step 2: We find an opportunity
We are continuously working to find real estate opportunities for our investors.
Step 3: Boom! Opportunity Found
After thoroughly vetting and analyzing a property, it is good enough to bring to our investors.
Step 4: Information Sharing
We send you an investment summary when we have an opportunity to invest in. (If we don’t send an opportunity, have faith, we are hard at work looking for deals. Meanwhile, stay up-to-date with our Freedom Flyer Newsletter.)
Step 5: Investor Analysis
You read through the investment summary and see if it is something you’d like to invest in.
Step 6: Webinar & Video
We host a webinar and walk through the opportunity and answer any questions you may have. We will follow this up with a video walking the property and explaining the business plan.
Step 7: Soft Reserve
You submit a “soft reserve” holding your place in the investment. You may at this time submit your “hard reserve” if desired. (There is a limited number of slots available for any particular investment.)
Step 8: Due Diligence
We work on the due diligence for the property, line up financing, etc. and communicate with investors.
Step 9: Hard Reserve
~3 weeks from closing we’ll request a hard reserve. You review and sign the private placement memorandum (like an investment prospectus) and then wire your funds to the closing attorney designated to hold in escrow prior to closing.
Step 10: Closing
We close on the property – Congrats! You’re now a part owner of an apartment complex and a bona fide real estate investor! Celebrate!
Step 11: Ongoing Communications
We will communicate monthly about the performance of the property, business plan implementation and distribute the cash flows amongst the investors.
